“ Love this spot! We came here for a late lunch closer to 2PM on a Saturday before our flight (close to the airport) and was able to grab a table for just my husband and I. This spot is perfect for families and large groups so you can try a bit of everything. Service is quick, efficient, and no frills. We marked what we wanted on the paper menu and got only 5 items. Wish we had a larger group to try more because the menu was very extensive! Two pages front and back nearly. We tried the standard dim sum staples: siu mai, har gow, shrimp rice rolls, Hong Kong special congee, and spare ribs. the pricing was very affordable too. The siu mai had 5 pieces and tasted so good! Love the portion and quality. Everything else tasted fresh and of quality. The congee had bunch of jelly parts, believe they were tendon. It cured my tummy aches, along with the hot tea. I remember our bill came out to less than 50CAD, which if you convert to USD is quite affordable, and we got some packed to-go. Parking was a challenge on a Saturday afternoon, so come prepared or go at odd times. We'll be back to bring my family in the area! ”
“ T pot needs to have a little better service , like some waitress are not that friendly and patience. Needs to be listen. Careful for what the customer need. ”
“ I've been stopping by T. Pot most of the time when I'm in Calgary. It is one of the better Dim Sum places in Alberta. In terms of food, their siu mai (with truffles), shrimp dumpling, congee, beef meatballs, and rice rolls are all worth trying. Overall, I'd give it 8.3/10 ”
“ First time dim sum lunch here with my wife, great medium size restaurant with descent ambiance. Staff were very friendly, food was very acceptable. We had shrimp dumplings, beef meat balls, bbq pork buns, stuffed three treasures and chicken feet. All but beef meat balls were quite tasty, beef balls were too soft and odd taste? Staff seems super friendly, we enjoyed our lunch very much! You all should try them sometime. ”
“ Liked the variety we sampled which included the BBQ pork buns in the pillowy dough and the pineapple topping, (never had this variation before), garlic onion trioe, Shu Mai, Harrow, pork black bean spare ribs, stuffed rice noodle rolls, and sticky rice. Pricing was a little higher than normal with dim sum for 4/coming just under $100 buy food quality was quite good. Lots of tables had the over puffed sesame balls which looked heavenly, something to try next time! ”
“ Came here on a Saturday for a late lunch (brunch). First off, my review is mostly based on the food. I will make the assumption that most Chinese restaurants are typically slow service and when you go to a restaurant expecting it that way then you will have a good time. The restaurant location is actually 2 restaurants - the bigger T-Pot and the smaller Cafe HK. We sat on the cafe side as we always liked HK style food. Dim Sum is also available on the cafe side. We ordered a selection of our usual Dim Sum favourites like Har Gow, Siu Mai, Rice crepe with Shrimp, Beef Tripe, and Deep Fried Shrimp dumplings. Everything was super good. One thing to note is the fried shrimp dumplings uses wonton wraps so it's different texture than usual. We also ordered HK French toast and Hainanese Style Chicken. Really good! Food came out quick and like I said if you go in knowing typically service will be slow you can enjoy yourself. We will be back. ”
